Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Knowing what pay rate scale is with experience. They refuse to telle and hired someone with only 3 years and paid them a dollar more
Effort put into work=fair pay. knowledge of operations doesn't seem to matter. Favoritism plays huge role in progression of wages.
Fewer accounting errors would be welcome.

I have been with hb fuller three years. I have gone above and beyond since I started. All while being treated very poorly. Now I realize, people starting off, get paid more than I do
If the idea doesn't come from management, then it must not be a good one. That is how they operate. No matter how many times you suggest a way to better the company you get shot down. If the PPA "raises" were actually based on my performance i would be much happier but they are not.
Using accurate numbers. Our financial reporting is not correct.
