This company doesn't not value good work ethic, or valuable employees. Working here, I have realized good workers are hard to find. In my opinion, thats all the more reason to value the ones you have. Managers need to realize what's going on, and pay attention to what needs to b done
Very POOR!!!!! Management!!!!!!! Listen to the employees that have been running the machines for years!!!!! I might not have a college degree but that doesn't make me stupid!!

Poor management!!!! No Communication!!! No leadership skills at all.
They preach collaboration, but it is not real. Less silos would help become more cohesive.
