Being human, treating people with respect, not bullying or belittling people. Being ethical and creating a safe environment. Not discriminating against gender, color or age

Knowing what pay rate scale is with experience. They refuse to telle and hired someone with only 3 years and paid them a dollar more

Effort put into work=fair pay. knowledge of operations doesn't seem to matter. Favoritism plays huge role in progression of wages.

Fewer accounting errors would be welcome.

I have been with hb fuller three years. I have gone above and beyond since I started. All while being treated very poorly. Now I realize, people starting off, get paid more than I do

Coworkers need to work on getting stuff done. We would work better together if they did their jobs

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Boost the pay to be more commensurate with better quality people. Evaluations from impartial board (smaller companies have to much politics that hinder promotion) and be on performance rather than interaction, and!! Promotion from within the standards and requirements not made up...(nicety?}.

Relook at the leaders and ask is that whom you really want heading this department up. Are they really showing good signs of a frue leader

Replaces the managers very soon

Better communication, less favoritism, more accountability

Stop gaslighting. The culture is toxic.

Dont lie to people about pay scales

I was a temp for eight months. Somehow, I still had to apply and go threw a bunch of loop holes, when I already earned my place. I don't know the interview process, I never had one

Fire the management team. Replace the lazy workers with ones that will work

As long as the shareholders are the number one priority, our customers will never feel important.

I am not sure they can ever improve.
