Effort put into work=fair pay. knowledge of operations doesn't seem to matter. Favoritism plays huge role in progression of wages.

I have been with hb fuller three years. I have gone above and beyond since I started. All while being treated very poorly. Now I realize, people starting off, get paid more than I do

Coworkers need to work on getting stuff done. We would work better together if they did their jobs
Boost the pay to be more commensurate with better quality people. Evaluations from impartial board (smaller companies have to much politics that hinder promotion) and be on performance rather than interaction, and!! Promotion from within the standards and requirements not made up...(nicety?}.
Relook at the leaders and ask is that whom you really want heading this department up. Are they really showing good signs of a frue leader

I was a temp for eight months. Somehow, I still had to apply and go threw a bunch of loop holes, when I already earned my place. I don't know the interview process, I never had one
