Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like a number that is simply disposable at any moment. I feel that compensation should be between client and customer.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no real leadership. There isn't even a way to talk to a real person. Work on communication is a must.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Make communications be via telephone so we aren't talking via email and waiting up to 72 hours for a reply back if at all!!
