What do you like best about the leadership team?

I didalike the leadership team

On top of everything, all u have to do is make sure all the addresses are correct because I got to wrong addresses and It wasn't my fault that I was late to a couple of them..

We work as a team

Management is wonderful, and some senior department executives are very receptive and personable; they truly care. Outside of department-level leadership, however, one can expect executives to respond to anything other than praise with a cold dismissal.

All of it is great

Incredibly smart team. Balanced in terms of up and coming stars and long-time execs with lots of experience from big companies

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop being so greedy and takinf 50-80% of the job pay.

Supporting their staff and there needs to be better communication support such as a phone to actually speak to a live person verses emails or live chats

I I can't believe they're actually able to get away with ripping people off like this

Everything. Communication. Not just sending a link to the articles that are already in the app. There is a lack of specific scenarios that happen at each job and the articles and solutions handy provides does not include the scenarios I've run into

Follow the procedures of Handy to a t. Understand that the customer is not always right, and separate reviews for the company from pro reviews so that the pro isn't getting damaged ratings over the company's failure.

Being compassionate, honest, and fair. This company is creating more of a divide within communities and appears to only be in business to take advantage of people.

You name it what they can do better

Communication, integrity, estimating, customer service, operations

Everything that they do is unprofessional

Give me one I didn't have all them people rocking with me

Everything that they do could be better.

Communication, being able to actually talk with someone not just over email and not avoid the questions being asked.

EVERYTHING! WORST EVER company I have ever worked for.

Communicating with the service providers better and having the correct compensation on each job for the pay scale of individuals

There is no real leadership. There isn't even a way to talk to a real person. Work on communication is a must.
