Correct sixe buildings would be a good start. Harbor freight is normtorious for havig warehouses that are too small, even according to policy

Nobody is on the same page
Everything! Like everything 1-2 people can make or break a team and there are some people in managemnet positions who really shouldnt be there. They just act like they dont want go be there and think they can sit in the office and do nothing!

I asked about rehire and I was told that the company does rehire people but not people that you didn't give us any notice I was never given any notice about my schedule changing 20 times within that schedule time for two weeks so that's good so why can't he retired I was a good worker an excellent
The way they talk to their customers. Instead of saying it's over there. Take the time and show them where it's at.

There is a quite a bit wrong with out store and besides the lack of employees I'm not sure there is much to be done besides replacing our management.
My area manager I think he is prejudice I think we need a new area manager they need to change some of their rules
Again, IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! Sales, sales, sales. Sticking your nose into everyone's business: phone number, address, email and much more, credit cards, ect. Stop being so dang selfish and try having some humanity, empathy and understanding for employees and customers for once.
