The company has billions of dollars, consider paying the cost living. Ensure management is more professional and can actually perform their role outside of their own manager being present to watch.

We sell esps at almost 50 % on some items but don't see commissions. So technically it's retail not sales.

Most of the coworkers are really good to work with, however some of them either don't listen to what leaders are telling them or are way too dependent on them for everything that they could solve on their own without leadership involvement.

The store manager talks to you like your from the stone age, you can't get a word in. Customers complain all the time. I have other employee who will confirm.

HR needs to show up at there regional stores and ask the employees how they feel & being treated

Correct sixe buildings would be a good start. Harbor freight is normtorious for havig warehouses that are too small, even according to policy
