At least at my store, every single person in leadership is amazing- each one will go out of their way for the customer, the employee, and the store.
Any questions, needs, and concerns i have had havebeen addressed with a sense of urgency.
Medical insurance has not went up in many tears company is eating the codt.

Compensation I feel could be higher for Management, it is not equivalent nor more than other Companies that i am aware of.

At one point, you made me happy to learn about different projects customers were doing and to work together with my team, and then I realized the dynamic allows for leadership to be competitive in a very unhealthy way, causing poor communication and lack of responsibility
