Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have kids, if there is a company shutdown without notice employees should get paid

Profits are put above people, even at the risk of breaking laws.

i feel management does not care about me one bit. i feel they think i am expendable and think they could easily just get another person to fill my spot if i quit so they dont care

I work sales in MotorClothes which concludes most of the floor and we work events and promotions for riders. I feel like it's a heavy work load. We are the first person to greet potential customers. Higher pay and/or more commission would be preferrable.

Management never listens to those that complete the everyday tasks required to make the company profitable. Industry standard in healthcare and benefits are merely the lowest price required to spend to achieve governmental compliance.

Company has continued to reduce benefits since I started and has eliminated several benefits. More eliminated benefits are expected.
