I work sales in MotorClothes which concludes most of the floor and we work events and promotions for riders. I feel like it's a heavy work load. We are the first person to greet potential customers. Higher pay and/or more commission would be preferrable.

Management never listens to those that complete the everyday tasks required to make the company profitable. Industry standard in healthcare and benefits are merely the lowest price required to spend to achieve governmental compliance.
Remove the mangers who refuse to follow the rules.
Hire less convicts and more qualifications required in order to secure employment. Stop using temp agencies and hire direct utilizing company ran interviews to remove undesirable applicants.
Actually taking time to learn in train in a practical sense and not in theory
