What did you like most about the interview process?The interview was fine for me.

What are some of the best things about your team?Everybody gets heard for the most part.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The company meeting are always 5 to 8 minutes late, The managers don't communicate with us, so we are sitting there wondering if there is going to be a meeting, and we are met with no response.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?We are given a goal every morning and then pulled off of those calls to move to inbound that pays no commissions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The employees are limited with the information for the upper team. You get ignored with the questions and concerns that we have.
