Again, the management needs to appreciate what we do. The morale in the building is very low

Lack of products in stock. Sales staff only get paid when products are delivered. Months struggling with bills due to low pay. Pay on written not delivered. Replace good old boys who forgot how to effectively run a profitable business.

Its just a temporary job since there is no future working at Havertys. Definitely not a career job. There doesn’t seem to be any way to improve the company when they don’t invest back into having sustainable stock levels. They need to hire better managers and HR staf

Haverty Furniture Companies (NYSE:HVT), The Stock Dropped 14% In The Last Five Years. They seem to be struggling to stay in business. Little advertising and pushing online sales not thought through is weighing down on company profits.

CEO along with Corporate management and investors cashing in their stock investments from Haverty due to slow business and little sales. Not investing back into fulfilling inventory. Hiring employees with criminal records in warehouse. Unsafe uncomfortable environment not knowing who you work with
