Long boring scripted meeting are not going to improve sales. Low traffic and sales creates a hostile work environment with everyone trying to get a sale any way they can.

Worthless boring meetings and goal grow plans. Ineffective when company cant deliver undamaged furniture. Managers need to get rid of shark salespeople taking other's customers and stop texting friends at work. Not helping their sales staff.
