Leadership is definitely lacking in leadership in general but some are even dishonest and counterproductive to a good work environment

Everything from training to commission. Respect employees who work hard to make company profits. A lot of back stabbing and favoritism. Need better qualified managers at most locations.

Less salespeople on the floor and better management. Management always blames salespeople for low numbers but Havertys bad consumer reviews and high prices are to blame for low customer traffic. Fix the internal problems.

Get rid of current Orlando area managers. Worthless when all they do is blame salespeople for lack of sales when its management's fault for constantly raising prices on Made in China junk.
Low employee morale needs to improve with better management. Unqualified managers in Orlando Florida market lead to high turnovers.They just dont care about their employees.
