Havertys needs to look out for the employees that work hard every day and stop worrying about the ones that kiss up to them. Been there too long and seen too many hard-working individuals leave because they were underappreciated or because they were not taken care. Incredibly turnovers in company.

Havertys needs to pay on written business not delivered since they clearly have lots of problems in the warehouse delivering damaged and repaired merchandise.

Sales staff is commission pay upon delivery of products. Low inventory and out of stock items prevent salespeople from getting paid until product arrives and gets delivered. We should get paid on written sales since we have no control over corporate incompetence in maintaining stock levels.

Making a decent salary for the long hours put in and every weekend and holiday working for Havertys. $12. hour is not a decent wage since commission is rare due to low traffic and sales in stores.

Havertys makes all employees feel like they are easily replacable. They allow male employees to view adult x x x videos on sales floor who then threaten female employees that report it. Male dominated thought process HR does nothing to correct situation . Very uncomfortable work environment.
You dont take care of your internal customers who are your employees instead take advantage of them until they burn out & quit. High turnovers doesn’t help your downward spiral reputation with cheaper fur

Long boring scripted meeting are not going to improve sales. Low traffic and sales creates a hostile work environment with everyone trying to get a sale any way they can.

Worthless boring meetings and goal grow plans. Ineffective when company cant deliver undamaged furniture. Managers need to get rid of shark salespeople taking other's customers and stop texting friends at work. Not helping their sales staff.
