Coworkers are very professional and great to work with while getting screwed over my senior managers.
Some staff have good work habits.
My office and hospital are run by an excellent team of executives who promote a sense of family, despite the fact that HCA corporate does not care one iota about their employees/physicians and are completely out of touch
You must have team work to survive. Each floor does that.

The have a great sales pitch
Personable approach. Very disarming and desired to get to know me and if I was a fit vs trying to trick me with hard interview questions
