HCA IT&S Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Saturday and Sunday off work

The availability to get Stock options

Health benefits with continuing education.

Overall benefits package is good but missing good stock options for bonus eligible director level staff.

Review from IT Dept

nothing good or bad to say about it.

Review from IT Dept

It is very very good

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

health benefits are embarrassing ... especially considering we are a HEALTH COMPANY!!!

They pay pretty standard but the lack of vacation time and parental leave policies are alarming if they want to be consider competitive.

Compared to other companies our size, IT does not make similar amounts. Instead HCA compares pay to others in the market. Problem is, HCA is twice as big as the next biggest company. Compensation and benefits need to be compared to company size.
