Office politics is what is wrong. If they can fix that, it would be a more enjoyable place to work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to other companies our size, IT does not make similar amounts. Instead HCA compares pay to others in the market. Problem is, HCA is twice as big as the next biggest company. Compensation and benefits need to be compared to company size.
