I have experience, and great work ethics and I am an excellent at what I do. They will not PAY.. No raises in 5 years since HCL took over.
I would feel more valued if I was paid closer to market value for my experience and qualifications I bring to both the team and the end-client.
The pay is below the industry average yet the company expects you to perform at maximum quality. I've had duties placed on me without any prior notice and though I fulfilled them I was not compensated the way their policy claims I would.
The workload is too much and they underpay their employees.

The list is long. My manager doesnt talk to me and when he chooses it is negative. I work in the US and he speaks to folks in India before uttering a word to me and work in the same office in Frisco.

You never know what Holidays you are working until the last minute. I work thanksgiving snd Christmas Eve each year.
came from another company they just use a different kinda of culture ethics not really apple's to apples with America work ethics.

HCL uses United Health Care which will call you constantly during work hours. On top of that they won't allow you to cover college kids.

Delay in verbal agreement of raise to actual seeing the letter / money is multiple month. Even for ordinary annual rounds. Everyone leaving gets at least a 15% raise in the new role. Some more.
