First of all there needs to be better connection with the company. I can go for weeks, even months without seeing a coworker much less my manager. So I'm just a body in a chair.

This company needs to revamp it he upper management in order for this company to have the required skill set to run a division.
Again ad leadership goes so does the rest of the organization. Upper leadership needs to be replaced.

Expectations. The management expects everyone to be available at any time. But also expects that you do it on your equipment, phone bill, internet connection, computers. Then it is expected that HCL has full authority over your equipment, as you are using it for company purposes. Double standards.
