Our teams are eager to grow and willing to help.

A team is a group of people who work together to complete tasks across a number of different business processes. Someone in charge of a business process can assign tasks to a team, rather than an individual, when necessary. Team leaders manage their resources across initiatives.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Cheapest labor in the market

Proper planning. Everything is reactive

manager does not even solve the issue if we raise any issue. in fact they will blame you saying that do not ask again. with out access to software they want the task to be completed on it. If raise the issue again you will be removed from the job

They dont speak to me other than requesting work or help. Then they'll complain to HR (or thats what HR says).
