Leadership team should have open conversation with employees. Give some consideration to employee recommendations and not just reprimend or threaten to fire employees

Paying good people, be competitive with pay. Give Cola every year.

Morale is bad, because they do not care about their people, salary and morale is very bad.

Stop the micromanagement, trust your employee's to do their job.

Recognize their employees and make them feel valuable to the company.

Executive leadership is redundant and does not serve a clear purpose

Management is a joke. I have been with the company for years and get less than 2 weeks PTO.

everything everyone doesn't take note to anything brush off things to one another and push on create a ticket to problem only to have ticket closed by one sentance answer not even close to what is being asked . problem with pay shady practice even in hiring process. check all accept letter.

The onboarding process should be better implemented for contractors. Very dismal. If there is a regulatory agency in the US, I feel this company should be censured for a complete failure in clarity of communication and more importantly, vet the onboarding process.
