Paying good people, be competitive with pay. Give Cola every year.

Morale is bad, because they do not care about their people, salary and morale is very bad.

Stop the micromanagement, trust your employee's to do their job.

They dont pay market rates

I have experience, and great work ethics and I am an excellent at what I do. They will not PAY.. No raises in 5 years since HCL took over.

I would feel more valued if I was paid closer to market value for my experience and qualifications I bring to both the team and the end-client.

The pay is below the industry average yet the company expects you to perform at maximum quality. I've had duties placed on me without any prior notice and though I fulfilled them I was not compensated the way their policy claims I would.

Cheapest labor in the market

Proper planning. Everything is reactive

manager does not even solve the issue if we raise any issue. in fact they will blame you saying that do not ask again. with out access to software they want the task to be completed on it. If raise the issue again you will be removed from the job

They dont speak to me other than requesting work or help. Then they'll complain to HR (or thats what HR says).

First of all there needs to be better connection with the company. I can go for weeks, even months without seeing a coworker much less my manager. So I'm just a body in a chair.

Easy IT questions, however I would recommend gearing questions for high-level IT teams as being less customer-service centric.

interview process is good everything is fair.

The interviewers are project specific. I really lucked out with the project manager's I started with. HCL has since lost the contract to that project

I never interviewed, they bought my contract like I was cattle.

the interview was tough even the technology used to commutate didn't work most of the time and the people with heavy accent could not understand the grammar used in writing was wrong even in offer letter.

I wasn't interviewed by HCL I was interviewed by the client with which I work. I was hired because the client picked me.

Run like a real compnt what treats people with respect.

Pay is not going up.

Micromanagement is all I can say.
