HCL is the Worse company to work for. They do not care about their people or giving them the wages they deserve. They want to keep all the money that they get from the Contracting company, that they do not want to pay the people what they deserve.

Pay is not going up.

Morale won't change until they start paying people what they are worth.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Morale is bad, because they do not care about their people, salary and morale is very bad.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have experience, and great work ethics and I am an excellent at what I do. They will not PAY.. No raises in 5 years since HCL took over.
