What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Our customers hate us and tell us the HCL is the worst company to do business with!

Run like a real compnt what treats people with respect.

Pay is not going up.

Micromanagement is all I can say.

At this point i do not have confidence anything will improve

The company's business model seems to be based on taking advantage of recent college graduates desperate for a job. Fixing this would be a total restructuring of the company as far as I'm aware. To recent college grads: You can do better!

The company is not cognizant with US standards when it comes to the treatment of US personnel. I feel that a US Government needs to audit and research the company's practices and censure them.

Relations are souring with our client. The contract was renewed but the client is reneging and there's no communication between the client and HCL leaving the rank and file employee stuck in the middle with a aggrevated customer.

Transparency. I was promised one rate and filled out ll the new hire and tax paperwork, before they revoked the rate they agreed to pay me. Then brought in new hires 2 months later with less experience at $5+/per hour higher....

Leadership needs to concentrate on enabling folks doing their job and stay out of the way. Get rid of road blocks. What is right for India is not right for the US. What is right for the US is not applicable for each office. Higher ups need to trust Leadership and Leadership needs to trust folks.
