The communication is bad if you arent liked or been a part of a click. Management doesnt speak with you, address concerns nor aid your growth. HR is heavily involved where there is no need especially if your manager is helping. Condecending culture and alot of made up issues to harm your job.

They dont speak to me other than requesting work or help. Then they'll complain to HR (or thats what HR says).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The list is long. My manager doesnt talk to me and when he chooses it is negative. I work in the US and he speaks to folks in India before uttering a word to me and work in the same office in Frisco.
