The company is very slow to respond and answer your questions clearly. Contractors make more than full time employees and despite what the company says they dont seem to value their employees or their clients. I would recommend working here long.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is below the industry average yet the company expects you to perform at maximum quality. I've had duties placed on me without any prior notice and though I fulfilled them I was not compensated the way their policy claims I would.
