i would not work for this company, they mess with your pay, they don't provided you any support, and they lack work ethics in a professional world where that is very needed no sense of confidence to learn anything new due to lack of training and support and they also just simply do not commutate

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
came from another company they just use a different kinda of culture ethics not really apple's to apples with America work ethics.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
the interview was tough even the technology used to commutate didn't work most of the time and the people with heavy accent could not understand the grammar used in writing was wrong even in offer letter.
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are hard works and really we support each others without help from company actually even understanding there crazy policy change we cant get straight answers from corp we help each other to understand better the changes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
everything everyone doesn't take note to anything brush off things to one another and push on create a ticket to problem only to have ticket closed by one sentance answer not even close to what is being asked . problem with pay shady practice even in hiring process. check all accept letter.
