Departments do not talk to each other, and no one will help you with a problem should it arise. Management does not communicate with you out all about helping you. You are constantly micromanaged to the point that you cannot please the customer of management either one.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management is a joke. I have been with the company for years and get less than 2 weeks PTO.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You never know what Holidays you are working until the last minute. I work thanksgiving snd Christmas Eve each year.
