Best described as the human cattle market. Office politics are harsh. Projects are dry and there is little opportunity for advancement. Equipment is severely outdated. Compensation is rather low for industry, and employee retention is based on indentured servitude

The company's business model seems to be based on taking advantage of recent college graduates desperate for a job. Fixing this would be a total restructuring of the company as far as I'm aware. To recent college grads: You can do better!
