If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Heal?
Replace the executive team and let the smart people they've hired run the company, or at the very least, focus on doing their jobs.
How's the work life balance at Heal?
The CEO would come in on Sundays just to say he did so he could hold it over other people's heads, despite leaving at 3pm three days a week for massages or haircuts.
What's the interview process like at Heal?
