There is no leadership. They got rid of them all (Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technology, etc) and all that's left is Nick (Co-founder & CEO), Renee (Co-founder & CMO), HR & their investors.
Most of our coworkers are great. It's safe to say that a lot of people still work with Heal because for the most part, we have an intelligent & hard working team.
Heal is such a great idea and has the potential to make a difference; just not under Nick and Renee's leadership. We need leaders who aren't stubborn but willing to listen, collaborate, empower, make unbiased decisions and allow the team to have lives outside of Heal.
Many have tried extra hard to improve company culture but are limited because of Nick and Renee's core values. "Fun in the office" isn't really a thing; it's more "I know you're paid to work 8 hrs but I want you to work 10 because this is more important than your outside life."
