Underpaid and never have enough food and other supplies for the residents and the food is horrible and cheap...most residents are losing weight because of the food...workers are having to buy food and supplies out of our own pockets because we care about our residents

Residents hate the food and we never have enough and were told to "figure it out" by upper management
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No hazard pay even though half our residents have covid...no 401k...not paid for missing work when catching covid...barely any pto
