They promised me a certain pay and when I got paid it was not what they told me I was making. Work load is over whelming. Team work ......sometimes but usually it's every one for them selves

Hire more people and stop piling the work on everyone else. Stop cutting hours
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They are very cheap and the health care insurance they provide no one is local . I have to travel far to see a doc.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating employees better , lessening the work load don't have one person doing a job ment for 2 people , and wonder why they can't finish on time
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Organization of the job duties assign jobs accordingly and have enough people there to complete job in it's entirety so there by is not left over work the next day
