My co workers & the residents we cook for I love what I do
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together if anyone needs help there is always a co worker who's ready to jump in & help so things can go smoothly I can always depend on the team to give quality support & work ethic
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying employees what they earned because they never pay in full there are always hours missing & when you speak on it managers assure you will be paid but the next paycheck is even shorter & it's not just me getting short paychecks it's every single person that works for them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work very hard even on my days off & I still don't get paid what I'm owed & it hasn't happened just once it's every paycheck since I started over a year ago what would make me feel better is being paid correctly & not what the company wants to pay
