What makes you most happy at work?Building and getting that sale. Acknowledgement of achievement
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They scrape all of the commissions hard, then hand over scraps without offering much in the way of advertising. Regardless, they generate leads, which they give to a select few agents- new agents get screwed. New agents sell friends and family, then they are done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They take 40% of your commissions.
