Work is good and nice

Communication! There's hardly any and its poor quality when it's there. They also need to improve at follow-up/follow through. Stop hiring friends/family with zero skills, and not teaching them skills and also refusing to discipline no matter the level of infraction, including drug use.

Lack of communication runs rampant, poor leadership with clear favoritism for friends, no follow-up or follow through by leadership. They dont care about proper training. The thing that makes this job is helping patients and good benefits. However, they want to take benefits away.

  • Really good health insurance, which you would expect for a health insurance company. Other than that, not much. No gym, no onsite clinic.

  • Varies by floor. Some floors have a totally open office plan with desks that are too small and not enough personal space. Other floors have cubes. In general, we've outgrown the building, and you can feel it.

  • The people in the marketing dept are amazing. Smart, creative, fashionable. There is major ebbs and flows in the amount of work coming in. I know every company has that, but this is more than I've ever experienced.
