  • The office is lovely - very modern and spacious, but it's situated in Boston (and there's now one in Boulder). With the team being largely remote, it's difficult to visit the office often.

  • The pay is very good, but more importantly: totally fair. Employees are paid similarly across the board, regardless of where they are situated. I've known other remote companies hire from 'cheaper' countries, in order to pay lower wages. This isn't the case with Help Scout!
