HG is actually my first job fresh out of college and I can't see it going any other way. I have found a great community of colleagues, mentors, and friends and continue to grow individually and learn each day. The ability to pick the brains of members of our exec team is something special.

I love how friendly everyone is and just the collaborative environment we cultivate at HG.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our benefits are one of the best I've seen around Santa Barbara, and I love having that security from my workplace.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working and interacting with my coworkers. We seem to have the right balance at work hard play hard and are able to joke around daily while still accomplishing goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how accessible and collaborative they are with each of their employees. I have never felt any lack of communication or ability to reach out and sit down one on one with any member of our leadership team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how there is never any drama, and if there is it is immediately squashed. We also are very team oriented and every idea is always heard and considered. I never feel like my voice is not heard.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated how straightforward and direct everyone was and I enjoyed speaking to a wide range of employees. It gave me the ability to really envision what my future would look like at HG and allowed me to get some insight from a variety of perspectives on why they chose HG and why I should too.
