The leadership team takes great strides to make sure all ideas are heard. Some of the best leaders I have worked for.

I really like the environment. I enjoy coming in and being challenged to learn something new and go beyond my comfort zone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has a voice. I really enjoy working for a company where I am heard, even though I am not in a management role. Collaboration is key and my team makes it so easy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They provide free snacks and drinks for the whole team. Most of the company meetings involve free food as well. Overall just a fun place to be. Lots of natural light throughout the office. Very big on ergonomics.
