Overall, HG has treated me well. I've been able to grow my skills in a new industry and mentor a team of interns who does phenomenal work. It's been rewarding to see just how much we've accomplished in such a short period of time.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
How open they are with the entire organization, hosting consistent monthly all hands meetings to keep everyone in the loop and keep us all steering in the same direction
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to ask a lot of questions and everyone seemed pretty knowledgable about what they did and the processes and tools they had in place to get their work done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together toward solving common goals and nobody holds a monopoly on good ideas. Everybody contributes and we're all dedicated to moving the company forward by focusing on delighting our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a fully stocked kitching, dining room table and lots of public gathering where we can socialize as well as work together. Oftentimes, it just feels like you're working at home because the surroundings are so homey and comfortable.
