The leadership team is approachable and open to hearing suggestions and concerns. They have implemented an OKR approach which ensures that the very broadest top-level objectives of the company are in alignment with those of every department.

Each team member is unique with a diverse skillset and won't hesitate to pitch in to help with a rush project or to assist another teammate with brainstorming on how a project might be accomplished more efficiently.
