Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits package needs more structure, the fact our benefit compensation is taxed doesn't really make sense. Stock options need to be outlined clearly with documentation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel each and every member of the leadership team are genuinely on hand to help each consultant for the greater good of the business and as well as the individuals personal development.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The fact I had met a few members of the team made the prospect of getting the job even more exciting. I had a strong understanding of the culture, company and the day to day aspects of the job before I had been given an offer!
