It did not feel like a traditional interview; the sessions felt like conversations and were much deeper in subject matter than the standard boilerplate questions one typically gets asked.

The leadership team has a wonderful driving vision that permeates through the entire organization. They are very transparent with the status of the company and make everyone feel involved in the progress we are making.
