
Uncapped commissions that are paid out in two different ways. One is getting a sales qualified lead and the other depends on the quality of that lead. This incentivizes the team to push the highest quality prospects through the system.
They're intelligent, they understand the market and the product functionality/needs in order to stay at the top level. Most of all they care for honest feedback and respect everyone's opinion even from lower level positions. It feels like everyone is at the same level of respect.
Call blitzes, hearing the different voices across the room and feeling the energy and watching the smiles as people gather quality information and build strong connections with prospects. Everyone is excited and high fiving each other after good work. It's fun to be a part of.
Everyone is competitive in the sense of being driven to do the best work day in and day out, but at the same time, everyone truly wants everyone else to succeed as well. People constantly share their best practices and are always available to answer questions and help in any way they can.
I was interviewed by all of the ADR managers as well as their boss, the VP of account development which made me feel valued and important. Also, the questions and the vibe of the interview didn't seem to be aimed at catching me off guard, it was conversational and proactive on both ends.
Since we are a startup and are aiming towards taking over the top spot within our space and eventually go public, everyone is here to work hard and support each other in the pursuit of their job. No job is too small, everyone is working for a shared goal and is appreciated for their efforts.
