The willingness to help each other no matter what. Following a shared vision and having the people behind it to make sure we are going down the right path.

This team doesn't dismiss any idea. Whether it's a strategy for the product, the company, or ways to get involved in the community, everyone listens and provides feedback on how we can make that vision a reality.
What did you like most about the interview process?
How welcoming everyone was when I arrived. When your young and nervous, interviewing for a position your really excited about, it's nice to see smiling faces who come up and ask about you and wish you the best of luck!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent with the vision of the company. Our leadership does a great job highlighting our goals and how we are going to achieve them. You can really learn a lot about how to successfully run a business from our executive team.
