The medical is very good, even slightly better than last year's. Very low copay

No one group dominates. Everyone thanks everyone else for helping meet a deadline or win a big deal. Collaborative.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager is a great person and salesperson. He loves doing team events and brings great energy. My coworkers are young but ambitious, savvy, eager and intelligent. If you need help, anyone will help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very transparent about the company's goals, how we achieve them, how we are tracking. Also, each group (product, marketing, sales, engineering etc.) is very collaborative and no one group dominates the culture or company direction.
