The benefits package is very competitive and opportunity for stocks and more stock over time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all very collaborative, respectful and constantly pushing me to think outside the box, test new ideas and stretch us, as a team, to do better.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The ability to meet different people at the company - VPs, Managers, etc. gave me a great idea of who I'd be interacting with on a day to day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We always assume the most respectful intent when collaborating. this creates a culture where no matter the people in the room, senior or junior, your opinion will be heard and respected.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are extremely transparent about the business and future company goals. The team has a career worth of leadership + development skills and continues to provide career development advice to newer employees. They think critically and stretch others to do the same.
What makes you most happy at work?
One, the people I work with. Very intelligent and always willing to provide help. Two, the product we sell. I truly believe in it and know how it's helping me do my job, which makes me motivated to help other businesses see the value.
