Complete transparency across the whole organization. CEO leads an all-hands company lunch every Friday and informs the company on everything there is to know about the direction and goals of the company.

Everyone has a common goal, which is to impact the way millions of people work in a positive way. Everyone is excited to do that an excited to come to work everyday.
