Overall, it's a fantastic experience. I love almost all the people I work with, they are all driven, genuine, and growth mindset individuals who want the best for this org to succeed. Although, the areas of opportunity are around the lack of communication top down, and some young leaders.

We have exceptional packages in comparison to my last role and the Seattle market.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Never have a been a part of a culture as kind as Highspot. It's beyond difficult to bring 120 genuine individuals together as a company scales.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Experience. These leaders have been through it, and know what it takes to drive company success. Their values revolve around people and transforming the sales enablement space.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The head recruiter providing value and insights throughout the process. One of the best parts were the interview tips, tricks, and skills they taught in the first call.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our all company meetings. Hearing the vision and progress we've made each week, while every employee is in the same room is beyond empowering. We're doing a great thing here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a growth-orientated culture. We push each other to achieve more, but we also aren't afraid to help each other do the same. I'm not afraid to go up to anyone in my office and ask a question or for help.
